Leaders with emotional intelligence are better equipped to handle conflicts and provide resolution to develop a more effective workplace. By increasing EQ, participants will create more connected and motivated teams which by direct correlation will increase engagement and employee satisfaction. You will learn the practice of self-reflection to understand oneself and the source of your personal stress points and decode your triggers, what causes them so you can better manage them, the essence of emotional intelligence.
